Disclosure: I have no stock, option or similar derivative position in any of the companies mentioned, but may initiate a beneficial long or short position within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article without external assistance, and it expresses my personal opinions. I was not compensated for this article, and I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

There is nothing so important in the risk business as people. The wrong people will lose a winning situation. And the right ones will find a way to win. Combine that idea with Rick Rule's phrase about "Chief Ego" and turn your mind to Pegasus Resources Inc. (TSXV:PEGA).

But before we do so, consider this headline: "Saskatchewan success story IsoEnergy to reopen the Tony M uranium mine in Utah."  I consider IsoEnergy Limited. a very impressive company based on their technical success (and market success!) with uranium exploration in Saskatchewan. The fact that they see potential in an old mine in the USA is encouraging to me. We know lots about where the puck is for the uranium mining business right now, but where is it going?

I think Pegasus has something special with Mr. Chris Timmins as CEO.  I never saw him much on CEOca in the past because we looked at different tickers, but I think the character arc from "@Anonymous" to "Filing Insider" is an important pattern in the world today. Why? Ape together strong.

It may be just another high-grade showing, or there could be something special happening with Pegasus because Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd. is involved. The people doing the field work are the ones who chose which rocks to test and I believe their keen eye will find more of this kind of stuff. Will it matter? I think that smaller, simpler mines which can produce critical minerals quicker, faster, and cheaper will win the day as we pass through the next phases of market cycles. Ask IsoEnergy?

When I first saw the pictures of the steel gates over the small adits carved into these rocks, I perked right up. And then when I read about the history of these small mines -- I think it was around the same time that Oppenheimer (2023) was in theaters? That movie didn't show the mines, but I will be watching for Pegasus and Dahrouge to show us what these old mines look like now on social media in 2024! Will they be able to work the ground in a way that starts to show potential for a new wave of investment into uranium mining in Utah? If they can execute quickly and carefully, then anything is possible.

Look at that stock chart, read this news release $PEGA published earlier today, https://ceo.ca/@accesswire/pegasus-resources-samples-188-u308-at-energy-sands "Pegasus Resources Samples 18.8% U308 at Energy Sands Utah". And then tell me -- after a headline like that, what comes next?
